This is a made-to-order belt, built one at a time after direct consultation.
Belts are made from 4 mm German cowhide croupon — dense, hard, and low-stretch, chosen specifically for durability and long-term wear.
Belts with the smallest studs are made from 3 mm cowhide to allow proper setting.
Belt width can range from 30 to 45 mm.
Instructions for measuring the correct belt length will be sent after we’ve discussed the order.
Everything is done by hand:
hand cut, hand skived, hand slicked, hand punched.
All studs are set by hand — no presses, no shortcuts.
Studs are imported from the USA and Japan.
Buckles are sourced worldwide; occasionally I’m able to use NOS / dead-stock buckles, depending on availability.
All designs, patterns, layouts, and lettering are discussed directly with you before anything is made. Nothing is guessed, nothing is assumed.
